Off-season

 

2025: 16.3.-30.3., 2.11.-27.11.

2026: 15.3.-2.4., 1.11.-26.11.

2027: 14.3.-17.4., 1.11.-03.12.

All other dates count as peak season.

 

Additional charges:

Tourist tax of the community Bad Aussee: € 3,50 per person and day.

For additional guests, the mitanreisen (please clarify before arrival with us) we charge a fee of 30, - € pp / n.

Final cleaning fee: € 220, - and € 15, - per pet (once).

 

Pets are welcome, costs € 15, - per pet and day.

 

Immediately after the reservation we will ask you by email to pay a deposit of approximately 50% of the total price to complete the booking. For short-term bookings, we accept from you the entire payment in cash upon arrival.

 

Payment terms with final payment: We prefer a bank transfer up to ten days before arrival.

 

 

It apply the rules of Austrian contract conditions for hotels (Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen). We offer free cancellation four weeks before check-in.
