Off-season

2023: 26.2.-25.3., 2.11.-30.11.

2024: 1.3.-24., 3.11.-21.11.

2025: 2.3.-30.3., 2.11.-27.11.

All other dates count as peak season.

As a rule, we accept bookings for a minimum of 2 nights.

In the following periods we can only accept bookings of at least 5 nights (if you have any questions, please contact us): May - September, Christmas / New Year.

New. In certain periods, the base prices increase by € 40, - for the holiday home. These times are always:

Last Friday before December 24th to January 5th

Friday before the Viennese holidays to the Saturday at the end of the holiday period

Friday before the Styrian holidays until Saturday at the end of the holiday season

Last Friday in June to Sunday/beer tent in September

Additional charges:

Tourist tax of the community Bad Aussee: € 3,50 per person and day.

For additional guests, the mitanreisen (please clarify before arrival with us) we charge a fee of 20, - € pp / n.

Final cleaning fee: € 160, - and € 15, - per pet (once).

For bookings for 1 night, we charge an additional lump sum of 50, - Euro regardless of number of guests.

Pets are welcome, costs €10, - per pet and day.

Immediately after the reservation we will ask you by email to pay a deposit of approximately 50% of the total price to complete the booking. For short-term bookings, we accept from you the entire payment in cash upon arrival.

Payment terms with final payment: We prefer a bank transfer up to five days before arrival. We also accept a cash payment of the balance on arrival.

Cancellation of an entry: According to the rules of Austrian contract conditions for hotels (Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen).

Free cancellation period of 6 weeks.

Departure by 10.00 am, or by appointment.

Arrival from 4.00 pm, or by appointment.
