Apartment Prices

Off-peak season

2023: 26.2.-25.3., 2.11.-30.11.

2024: 1.3.-24., 3.11.-21.11.

2025: 2.3.-30.3., 2.11.-27.11.

All other days are considered peak season.

We usually also accept bookings for just one night.

We can only accept bookings of at least 5 nights in the following periods (please contact us if you have any questions): May - September, Christmas / New Year.

New. In certain periods, the basic prices increase by € 10,- for the app 1,2,3. These times are always:

Last Friday before December 24th to January 5th

Friday before the Viennese holidays to the Saturday at the end of the holiday period

Friday before the Styrian holidays until Saturday at the end of the holiday season

Last Friday in June to Sunday/beer tent in September

Additional costs:

Visitor's tax of the Bad Aussee municipality: € 2.50 per person per day.

Additional guests who travel (please check with us prior to arrival) will be charged a fee of 20 euros pp/n.

Final cleaning flat rate: € 60 (ap. 1, or ap. 2), € 110 (ap. 3), as well as € 15 per pet (one-time fee).

For bookings of 1 night, we charge an additional flat rate of € 30 (ap. 1, ap. 2), € 40 (ap. 3) regardless of the number of guests.

Pets are welcome. However, an advance inquiry is required. We charge a fee of € 10 per day for each of your darlings. We kindly ask for your understanding that pets in the chalet grounds must be kept on a leash.

We will ask you to make a deposit of approximately 50% of the total price to complete the booking immediately after the reservation has been made. For bookings at short notice, we will be happy to accept the entire payment in cash upon arrival.

Payment arrangements for payment of the balance: We prefer a bank transfer up to five days prior to arrival. We also accept cash payment of the balance on arrival.

The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply to any cancellations.

Free cancellation period of 6 weeks.

Arrival from 4 pm or by prior arrangement.

Departure by 10 am or by prior arrangement.
